Notification Grouping

We’re streamlining your notification experience with the introduction of Notification Grouping. Previously, users received individual email alerts for each system they subscribed to, which could result in email overload during high-error periods. With this update, notifications are now grouped into a single email, consolidating all relevant issues across subscribed systems.

Key highlights of the new notification system:

  • Grouped Notifications: Emails are now sent on a per-user, per-organization basis, summarizing all issues from subscribed systems in a single message.
  • Optimized Email Frequency: Users will receive at most one email every X minutes, containing a comprehensive summary rather than multiple emails for each system.
  • Clear and Actionable Content: Each email provides a summary of system issues along with links to detailed reports for further investigation.
  • Customizable Preferences: Users can still tailor their alert preferences to match their specific needs.

This change reduces email volume, improves clarity, and helps you stay informed without being overwhelmed.
